Nothing should be easier than packing for a British Virgin Island Charter vacation.  The biggest mistake that most travelers make is packing too much.  Remember, storage space is limited so pack only the essentials in duffel bags because they can be folded up and forgotten until it’s time to pack again.

Before you even think about what to wear and what to take, organizing your travel documents should be your biggest priority.  All travelers to the Caribbean are now required to have a valid passport.  Also take an extra copy of your passport and carry it in a different location in case it is lost.  Your British Virgin Island Charter company should have also sent you your vacation package confirmation.  Don’t forget all of the documents as well as a few extra copies.  Copies should be made and brought along if you are traveling to different islands for easier customs check-in.
